On Saturday, October 24, Rotary clubs across District 5340 will join service organizations throughout San Diego County for TogetherSD Day — a region-wide day of service, connection and community.
Every Rotary club can be part of it. Choose a project. Invite your community. Serve alongside new partners. And show San Diego what People of Action can accomplish when we work together.

On Saturday, October 24, 2026, we have an extraordinary opportunity to show our region what happens when people choose connection, community and service.
TogetherSD Day — A Day of Service and Connection will bring service clubs and community organizations across San Diego County together around a simple idea: we strengthen our communities when we work side by side.
Rotary District 5340 is joining Kiwanis, Lions, Optimist clubs and other organizations in this regional effort. Now we need your leadership to turn the idea into action.
We are asking every Rotary club in District 5340 to participate on October 24.
Your club might organize a new service project, expand something you already do, collaborate with another Rotary club, or partner with another service or community organization. The project does not have to be enormous. What matters is that Rotary members are out in their communities—serving together and creating connections that might not otherwise happen.
And there is another opportunity here.
Invite people who don't yet know Rotary to join you.
Bring your families. Invite neighbors, coworkers, community partners and prospective members. Let them experience Rotary not through a presentation about who we are, but by serving alongside us and discovering for themselves.
Imagine what San Diego County could look like on October 24 if Rotary clubs throughout District 5340 were simultaneously cleaning beaches and parks, supporting food programs, helping veterans and seniors, improving neighborhoods, addressing local needs and working alongside people from other organizations and backgrounds.
Hundreds of Rotarians. Dozens of communities. One day. One powerful message:
