As we close out this Rotary year, I want to take a moment to celebrate Rotary Fellowships Month—a perfect way to reflect on the deep, global connections that make Rotary truly magical.

Rotary Fellowships began in 1928 with a group of Rotarians who shared a love of the artificial language of Esperanto. Since then, these international groups have grown to include thousands of members who connect over shared passions—from cycling and photography to wine appreciation and even jazz. These fellowships remind us that while service is at the heart of Rotary, friendship and fun are what keep us coming back. They enrich our Rotary experience, helping us build lifelong bonds and discover new ways to connect beyond club meetings and service projects.

As this is my final message to you as District Governor, I want to express my deepest gratitude. Serving you has been the honor of a lifetime. Thank you for your support, your kindness, your commitment to service, and for believing in the power of Rotary. You’ve made this journey unforgettable—truly memorable and magical. Together, we are the Magic of Rotary. Let’s keep that Magic alive in everything we do, today and always.

With heartfelt appreciation,

DG Dianne
District Governor 2024–2025
