Three Santa Elves from the Santee-Lakeside Rotary club delivered presents to a Home of Guiding Hands’ residential group home in San Diego. The club adopted this group home as one of its holiday projects. It’s their hope that Covid restrictions will be lifted next year so that club members and residents can party together.
Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary is at it again… bikes for the Carlsbad Boys and Girls club families. On December 12, the club purchased, assembled and presented 43 bikes for Carlsbad kids. CHNR members, family members and four members of TREK Bikes worked together to “get it done.”
Santa came early! Chula Vista Sunrise Rotarians collected gifts this morning which are being delivered to our Adopt-a-Family identified by the Chula Vista Community Collaborative. This annual tradition makes Christmas very special for the family and the children!
The City Heights Rotaract club held a very successful Holiday Party with children at the Copley-Price YMCA. They had a great time doing art activities with little kids and their families.
Coronado Binancional Rotary recently celebrated Christmas by taking toys to children with AIDS at CASA EINIME in Tijuana. The shelter has 30 orphans from one to 15 years of age.
