For those who don't know, the 18th Annual Switchfoot BroAM was a huge success as over 17,000 gathered at Moonlight Beach for a full day of surf contests, surf jousting and over 5 hours of live music.  Our immediate Past District Governor Dan Gensler stopped by to witness the action including folks stopping by the Surfers Unite booth to get plugged in as potential new Rotarians.  The Swithcfoot BroAM raises over $220k annually for at risk charities and thanks to the leadership of Rotary 5340 and Surfers Unite Rotarian Fellowship they are able to support the event to benefit A Step Beyond, Challenged Athletes Foundation, Feeding San Diego, Monarch School and Save the Music Foundation.  You can read more about this amazing Rotary Fellowship in Rotary Voices as your District Governor Chuck Pretto is a Big Kahuna Lifetime Member along with Founder Brett Morey.
