Being a RYLA facilitator is a truly special volunteer experience — many Rotarians describe it as one of the most meaningful and memorable things they’ve ever done. As a RYLA facilitator, you’ll guide a small group of high school juniors through an energizing, reflective, and fun weekend. You’ll participate in engaging programs and activities, help guide thoughtful conversations, and support students as they grow in confidence and step into their own leadership potential.
Over three days, you’ll also connect with more than 30 fellow Rotarians from across the district who are giving their time to create an unforgettable experience for over 200 students. By Sunday, you’ll likely be tired — and deeply inspired by what you’ve helped make possible.
