Rotarians, we are offering the opportunity for Rotary clubs to provide a voluntary donation to help Rotaractors attend the District Conference on Saturday, October 29th in Del Mar free of charge.
If the donation is coming from a small club (less than 60 members) the ask will be for $100. If it's for a large club (greater than 60 members) the ask will be for $200. The money raised will dictate how many Rotaractors can attend the District Conference. (There were Rotaract Clubs noted/awarded during the Governor's dinner...we could begin with Rotaractors from there.)
If a Rotary Club is interested in promoting all their events/wonderful things they do during the District Conference, they will be given a 6' table to display it. (This will cost $500 and be limited to the first 5 clubs that pay that amount.)
