ROTARY LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

Find Your Passion in Rotary

RLI provides an opportunity to enrich that learning through sharing experiences, ideas and making connections with other Rotarians. Facilitators are District Leaders who bring a wealth of Rotary experience and knowledge as they guide instruction.

Here are testimonials from Rotarians about this program:

Andi and Carl Kosnar, Solana Beach Eco Club, believe the leadership skills, peer relationships and Rotary content they acquired gave them a solid Rotary Foundation. Andi shared, “The RLI program is so worthwhile. As brand new Rotarians last Jan. (members for two weeks I think) it was a great way to learn all about Rotary and gain from everyone’s experience - both the facilitators and other club members.  We would recommend it to all Rotarians.”

“RLI was definitely worth my time because it covered many Rotary topics that were meaningful to me and gave me ideas and tools to take action.  There are frequent breakout sessions and you get to know and work with other District 5340 Rotarians.  The instructors are almost all district governors and they are passionate about the topics they teach.  RLI made me a more effective Rotarian.” Dave Brooks-Rancho Bernardo

Joe Bill began RLI when he was a president-elect and had questions.“What am I going to do as an officer of my club next year? Who can give me some ideas, offer advice and contacts, set-up an interactive discussion and do it while I am planning next year. Rotary Leadership Institute is an excellent tool.” Joe Bill Carter, Bonsall Club President
