Rotary Float 2023

Congratulations to the Rotary Float Committee and all the volunteers for creating a beautiful float for the 2023 Rose Parade. The float received the Princess Trophy (the most beautiful float under 35').  Held in Pasadena Rotary's beautiful float made it’s turn from Orange Grove to Colorado Blvd in front of 750,000 fans and over 70M around the globe.  “Service with Imagination and Hope” supporting this years theme, and the carousel horse is gorgeous.  If you saw the parade, you will note that the first woman International President, Jennifer Jones was in the parade.   Click here to watch the video.

Rotary’s connection to the Tournament of Roses Parade dates to 1923 when the Rotary Club of Pasadena entered this float. Today, the Rotary Rose Parade Float Committee heads up the effort. Members, clubs, and districts donate all the money for the floats, which over the years have depicted Rotary’s efforts to eradicate polio, commitment to service, and various programs.
