Rotary District 5340 proudly congratulates Laura Mello on being named our 2025 to 2026 Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service recipient.
Laura serves Rotary International as a Rotary Foundation Major Gifts Officer. She was recently recognized in a special moment at last month’s Legacy Lights Rotary Foundation Dinner in Rancho Santa Fe.
This honor is especially meaningful because it is one of The Rotary Foundation’s most prestigious service recognitions, and only one person per district is eligible to receive it each year. The citation celebrates outstanding active service and sustained leadership that strengthens The Rotary Foundation and helps Rotary create lasting change around the world.
Laura’s home club is the Rotary Club of Rancho Bernardo Sunrise, and she is a Past President of her club.
