On April 27, members of the Point Loma Rotary Club celebrated their 75th Anniversary.  Going back to the 1950's club members reminisced about years gone by and all the accomplishments and benefits the community has reaped as a result of their selfless nature in making Point Loma and the world a better place.

Governor Dianne Crawford shared that all the many things the club has done over the past 75 years reflects the "heart and soul" of Rotary.  She asked them to reflect back on all the lives that have been touched by their efforts, to understand how all their local projects shaped Point Loma and to feel proud of the many meals that have been provided to those in need and to know the future is bright, in part by the many scholarships that have opened the doors for young students to make their mark on this world.

Congratulations are extended to the Point Loma Rotary Club.  Your selfless dedication and commitment to Service Above Self will take, not only the club, but the community in a positive direction and will continue to have a lasting impact on both the local community and the world as a whole.
