Rotarians, here is an opportunity for service:  Researchers at the University of Wisconsin-Madison recently received funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in collaboration with a San Diego small business, CareVirtue, to develop a legal and financial education tool for caregivers of people living with Alzheimer's disease or related dementias. They are currently looking for people to participate in a survey that will help the research team build this tool.   Click HERE for a copy of the flyer explaining this study.

Current caregivers to someone living with dementia living in the US are eligible. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete and participants who complete the survey will receive a $20 Amazon electronic gift card. To start the survey, click HERE.

If you have any questions about participating, please contact Dr. Nicole Werner at wernerlab@wisc.edu or 608-890-2578.
