The Solana Beach Eco-Rotary Club volunteers every first Sunday of the Month from 9-11 am at the San Dieguito County Park in Del Mar.  They remove invasive species and/or plant native species as well as provide any other labor the park needs to keep it sustainable as an enjoyable natural space.  They are looking for additional volunteers to join their work party to help them in this effort and are asking other Rotarians with similar interest to join them.

The Club meets at the upper parking lot of the park.  The entrance fee is free for volunteers.  The park address is 1628 Lomas Santa Fe Drive, Del Mar, CA  92014.  Bring your hat, water gloves (recommended) and wear closed-toe shoes.  Children are allowed to help if under the supervision of an adult.  Feel free to bring a friend.   This is a great opportunity for like-minded Rotarians to get to know each other and leave the planet in better shape in the process.

Directions can be found on the park website.
