Come help with the vaccination process for San Diego's senior community. Gary and Mary West PACE welcomes both medical and non-medical volunteers.
They are looking for volunteers to join them in San Marcos, CA - Monday through Saturday.
Those who volunteer their time to help operate the vaccination site are eligible for COVID 19 vaccination after one of their volunteer shifts, depending on vaccine supply.
Qualifications:
- Able to work in 5-hour shifts (7am-12pm and/or 12pm-5pm)
- Volunteers must be 18+ years of age
Needed Volunteer Roles:
- Medical professionals (with current licensure or certification)( who can perform vaccinations.
- MDs, DOs, PAs, NPs, RNs, LVNs, pharmacists, etc.
- Non-medical volunteers who can assist with greeting patients, observing patients after they receive the vaccine, answering general questions, and other operational duties.
