Members from Old Mission Rotary and Mission Valley Evening Club joined forces to showcase Rotary at the 35th Annual Clairemont Family Day on Saturday, September 14th. Volunteers manned a pop-up tent, engaging with potential members about Rotary.
The Clairemont Family Day, an annual event at South Clairemont Park, boasted a car show, complimentary pony rides, dance performances, live music, magic shows, community groups, local businesses, and much more. The Clairemont neighborhood prides itself on being a "small town within a big city."
Steve Nuñez, Matt Risi, Shari Stauder, Tom Basham, Dave Blum, and Donna Maytum represented Old Mission Rotary, while Sesy Enriquez, Linda Case, Jessie Case, Christopher Romero, Arna Lewis, Debbie Krakauer, and Julia Ryan represented Mission Valley Evening Rotary.
