It is with great sadness that District 5340 shares with you the news that Past District Governor, Dave Breeding passed away Saturday, October 5. The District was able to celebrate Dave and Marilee Breeding Day at their Fallbrook Rotary Club on September 12. We are happy that we got to spend some time with him and his family.Rotary has lost a great friend and outstanding Servant in our work. Information on his services will be posted as they become available.
