The District Nominating Committee unanimously selected Luis Carranza to be District 5340 Governor in 2025-26. Luis is a member of the Rancho Santa Fe Rotary club and was club President in 2017-18. Luis is well known throughout the District as a pioneer and an active Rotarian with a BIG heart. He has been the Chair of the highly successful Taste of Ranch Santa Fe for the last several years and been Assistant Governor to 12 clubs. In addition, he has served the District as Foundation Seminar Chair and District Conference Committee member responsible for sponsorships.
