The District Environmental Sustainability Committee is inviting you to participate in a regional coastal cleanup day organized by I Love A Clean San Diego (ILACSD), with the support of the California Coastal Commission. The 36th Annual Coastal Cleanup Day encourages you to Protect Your Happy Place!
Volunteers across San Diego County can sign up now to clean up close to home, so we all stay safe, but make a positive impact for our environment. Coastal Cleanup Day starts at your front door, but we are part of a global environmental effort. Join the regional movement on September 26th and walk your neighborhood anytime during the day to clean it up and report what you have collected. Whether you are coastal or inland, it all makes a huge impact on the health of our waterways and oceans – cleaning the coast starts at your front door.
