15 members and friends of the Encinitas Rotary Club emerged from the COVID cocoon, masked and physically distanced, to paint offices at the Community Resource Center (CRC) in Encinitas.  CRC programs include reduction and prevention of domestic violence, case management assistance, shelter and counseling for abuse victims, and food distribution to those in need.  Club members had a great time working together and seeing each other outside of a Zoom window!

Said President Kerry Witkin:  "The CRC work project was our club's contribution to Rotarians at Work Day, a worldwide call for all Rotarians to participate in a community service project on the same day in April.  It is rewarding to be part of an organization that lives its motto "Service Above Self."
