The El Cajon Rotary Club is looking for a paid Executive Secretary to start on July 1, 2023. Basically, the duties are the same as a club secretary but also includes the member billings for dues and lunches. Some of the requirements include preparing agendas and taking meeting minutes for both the club and foundation board meetings. This person will also keep Club Runner up to date with additions and modifications as well as coordinating with the caterer and the Elks Club (meeting location and ordering club supplies.
