On Friday, May 28, Rotary Vaccine Volunteers gathered to celebrate the 50,000th COVID 19 vaccine administered at the Sharp Coronado satellite clinic. The Rotary Club of Coronado donated well over 2,000 hours to help keep people safe from the pandemic. Alongside other volunteers and Sharp Coronado staff, our dedicated team worked all shifts Monday through Friday starting in January to support and provide shots to the large numbers of people seeking vaccinations. Rotarians made patients feel welcome, calmed their nerves and moved them through the process efficiently.
