Carlsbad Hi-Noon Rotary completed its 22nd house in Tijuana on Saturday, March 12, 2022. Thanks to Chairman Ray Green and his team - Laura Green, Rocco Ciesco, Estela Mitrani, Christian Chapman, Kate Hanham, Paul Kartzke, Mark Packard, and Vic Gausepohl, this project was a great success.
A lot of effort went into planning this successful project, including planning meals and hydration options as well as finding ample storage to house the donated materials for the construction and furnishings.
The build in Tijuana was like going to the symphony. It was a well-orchestrated effort with everyone playing their part in harmony.
