New Entry
You can click here to go to an
online form to create a new entry for your business on the
Yellow Pages. You need the username and password to signup.
These are the same as the username and passwords for the
Online Directory. If you are a Rotarian and do not know the
username and password, call the District Office at
619-299-5341. Once you logged in, fill the form and click "Submit".
You will be asked to enter your payment information (online
payment only). The listing will be active only after
payment.
Updates
You can update your listing at any time but you need to save
the address of your update page. This address was displayed
on the receipt page after payment, and also in the
notification email you received. Save this email so that you
can go back to your update page later. On the update page,
you can upload a new banner (if you paid for a banner
listing), or you can click on the "Edit" icon,
on the blue bar:

information and click the "Save" button. Your
information has been updated.
Deletions
Send deletion requests to Philippe@Lamoise.biz.
Banners
If you paid for a banner listing, you will be able to upload
a banner after payment is complete. Go to your listing page
(see Updates) and follow the instructions. A banner must be
a JPG or GIF picture, or a SWF (Macromedia Flash) file. The
file must not be wider than 450 pixels, and higher than 100
pixels. The file size must be less than 100 KB. If you do
not know how to create a banner you may contact Banners@rotary5340.org
and we will design one for you, for a fee starting at $50.
Upgrades
If you did not pay for a banner listing you can decide later
to upgrade to a banner listing. Just go to your update page
and click on the upgrade link towards the bottom of the
page.
Multiple Business
If you have multiple businesses, you may list them all on
the Yellow Pages, but you will have to pay a listing fee for
each different business.
Renewals
Your Yellow Pages listing expires after a year from the date
you signed up. Shortly before expiration you will receive an
email with a link to a renewal page. Fill the payment
information and you will be renewed for another year.
