District Leadership Plan (DLP) (643 KB)
This is District 5340's DLP. According to the Manual of Procedure all districts are required to develop and adopt a DLP that is in conformity with the Rotary Code of Policies. The purpose of the DLP is to strengthen Rotary at the district and club levels. In addition, it provides guidelines for the effective operation of the District.

District Executive Committee (DEC) Meeting 9/19/09 - Proposed Policy (278 KB)
At the September DEC two policy changes were proposed - a Badge Policy and the splitting of Vocational Service and Youth Service. The committee will review these proposals and will vote on them at their next scheduled meeting on November 7, 2009
