Come out for a great evening of Rotary Fellowship and entertainment. We’ll begin our meeting with a celebration of the Leadership & Development Academy graduates, followed by our guest speaker Madeleine Homan from the Ken Blanchard Companies. We are honored to have Madeleine, a captivating speaker who inspires audiences with her energetic style, humor, and influential messages. Her knowledge and capabilities are inspiring, and her work has been highlighted on ABC, NBC, and CBS.

The cost of attendance is $36 per person. One of the biggest issues we face is collecting from Rotarians who make a reservation and then not show up. We are encouraging all Rotarians to use a credit card when they make their reservations or have your club bring a check for all of their attendees. All registered Rotarians are responsible for payment whether they attend or not because the meals have been ordered in advance, and must be paid.

Online payments by Visa or Mastercard. You may pay online on your club page for one or multiple attendees. Payments by checks made payable to "District 5340 Council of Rotary Clubs" and sent to District Office, 2247 San Diego Ave, Suite 236, San Diego, CA 92110, or bring ONE club check to District Council meeting.

You may also download the club reservation sheet in Adobe Acrobat PDF format (click on the icon on the right), complete it and e-mail to Ginger Poutous, gpoutous@cox.net, or Fax to 619-441-8414. You should receive confirmation of your registration, so be sure to put your return e-mail or fax number on the REGISTRATION SHEET.

Your reservation by fax or email needs to be received
no later than the Friday before District Council.

It is important to give an exact number of attendees. Cost is $36 for Rotarians, spouses, and guests. Cost is $20 for current Youth Exchange Students, Interact, or Rotaract.

The District pays for current Ambassadorial Scholars, Peace Scholars and GSE Team Members (i.e. no charge to Hosting Club).

Online payment by credit card is available as an option. To pay online, register with your club and click on the online payment link after registration. Any remaining balance for your club is payable at the door with ONE CHECK from your club. The amount due by your club is listed at the bottom of your club online registration page. Dinner tickets are distributed after the check is received from your club representative.

Your efforts to inform and promote your club members to attend this event are appreciated. Please get your exact member count in by the deadline. There are no standing reservations and "no shows" will be billed to your club since there are charges for the guaranteed number.

There is a deadline commitment, therefore reservations received after the deadline will be returned. Those desiring to attend may “walk-in” and share the fellowship time but dinner will be on a SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS for $40 per person at the door.
