This tool is used by the District and RI for month tracking of membership. The tool can be used from any computer on the Internet. Clubs should report here (using this online tool) by the 5th of each month for both attendance and current membership count for the previous month.

Lost Member Report

The purpose of this report is to develop a better picture of whom we loose and why we lose them. Its further purpose is to see of some Rotarians who resign from a club might like to join another that is geographically or time-wise more suited to their needs. We ask that you fill out the information requested when you have a resignation or have a member who does not wish to renew their annual dues. Prompt reporting is requested.
