Host Hospitality

The Rotarians of District 5340 are excited to have the opportunity to host governor-elects and their spouse/partner for fellowship and sharing Rotary experiences. We look forward to meeting you and learning about the customs of your country and sharing our culture with you. You will share the afternoon touring with local Rotarians and participating with them in specially arranged evening events. Your District 5340 Host will confirm with you by e-mail your pick-up time, transportation and evening plans.

The International Assembly ends the night of Friday, 20 January. Rotarians who wish to participate in the Host Hospitality events are responsible for making and paying their own hotel reservations for extended night(s). Please complete the Personal Stay Extension Form included in the International Assembly Registration booklet to make the necessary accomodations.

Note: You must sign up for Host Hospitality, and submit your completed travel request form and International Assembly registration form, by 3 October 2011. You will not be allowed to sign up for Host Hospitality if your forms are received after 3 October 2011.

There is a US$20 registration fee per person to participate in Host Hospitality, payable at the time of registration.
