District 5340 Host Hospitality Evening

16 January 2013 - Wednesday Evening

District Governors Elect from 535 districts around the world, gather for training in San Diego. Rotary Clubs of our District have the opportunity to Host them for the afternoon and evening. You or your Club are invited to share, by registering to Host a couple or several couples. You may simply entertain one or more couples to a tour of San Diego and dinner, or have your Club put on an evening of entertainment, fun and fellowship.

Your responsibility will be to communicate with your assigned guests by email. Arrange to pick them up at their Hotel at your determined time, no earlier than 4:00 pm, share the afternoon and/or evening and then return them. We do have DGEs who speak Korean, Portuguese, Spanish, French, Japanese and Spanish for special opportunities.
