Past Ambassadorial scholars, GSE team members and team leaders, past Rotary Volunteers (in general anybody who received a grant from the Rotary Foundation), are Alumni of the Rotary Foundation.

Our District started one of the first Alumni Associations. We are meeting every couple of months to socialize, hear about the latest activities of the members of our group.

Our District is hosting 3 inbound scholars in 2005-2006. Two of these scholarships are donated by District 5340 to District 9200 in East Africa, and to District 4400 in Ecuador.

We have two outbound scholars for 2006-2007, and have also donated 2 scholarships, one to District 9200, and one to the Scholarship Fund for Low Income Districts, to pay for a scholar from Brazil to come to San Diego.
