Group Study Exchange Team from
District 9100 (Ghana) Arrives at Lindbergh Field
Twenty
seven hours after departing Africa, the GSE team from Ghana
arrived Saturday evening, February 4, for their visit to
Rotary International District 5340. They were met by 5340
Rotarians DG Bob Watson; PDG Larry Scott; GSE Co-Chair Russ
Hanthorn; GSE Co-Chair Bill Ashman and GSE Committee Member
Bill Stumbaugh. The team, composed of educators, will visit
a number of schools and universities as well as experience
the culture of our district during their one month exchange.
They will be hosted by Rotary families from Metro San Diego;
East County; Coastal and Inland North County and the
Imperial Valley/Desert Communities. Follow their adventures
