Feb 2003
Nov 2004

India

Philippe joined Rotary in 1994. He is a past-president of the Torrey Pines Rotary Club. He has served in many committees at the District level, and was named Rotarian of the Year for District 5340 last year. He will serve as District Governor of District 5340 in 2006-07. He has been involved with all major programs of the Rotary Foundation.

Professionally he is self-employed and develops websites and does video productions. He has very often used his professional skills to serve Rotary.

He signed up as a Rotary Volunteer to spend 5 weeks in Northern India to teach computers and video editing to monks in a Tibetan Monastery in Dharamsala. Check the pages below to share this wonderful experience.

He went back to the same area of India in Nov 2004, again to teach computers to the local community, and to follow up on some projects that got started in 2003.
