Frequently Asked Questions
1. Where can I register for the conference?
You can go to www.rotary5340.org/conference10 to register for this year's district conference.
2. May I take my spouse or significant other?
Spouses, significant others, and friends are invited to attend all the sessions and participate in the bus tour. Some Friday morning sessions have been specifically planned to encourage attendance by guests. They should be registered for the entire conference or for a specific day. Those for whom attendance is an easy commute, and for whom available time is limited, may wish to register for one or more of the guest options. Please see the conference schedule to assist with selection.
3. What is the dress code for the conference?
Casual attire is appropriate for all aspects of the conference.
4. How do I make a Hotel Registration?
Room reservations need to be made separately by calling the Brawley Inn at 800-541-4567. Identify yourself as attending the Rotary District Conference and you will receive the special $79 per night rate. (The Brawley Inn website allows you to preview the rooms but does not accommodate the special room rate.).
