1. Where can I register for the conference?
You can go to www.rotary5340.org/conference08 to register for this year's district conference.
2. When does the early registration rate expire?
Register by March 8 to lock in the Early Bird rate of $225 for the registration package, or $125 for the Saturday dinner. After that, it's $250 for the package, and $150 for the dinner.
3. May I take my spouse or significant other?
Spouses and significant others are welcome but they must register as well if they want to attend the plenary sessions and meals. Spouses and significant others are the same price as members.
4. What is the dress code for the conference?
Business casual or leisure casual for most of the conference. Saturday night dinner will be Business attire or Cocktail attire.
5. How do I make a Hotel Registration?
Conference Registration does not include Hotel Registration. Bahia Hotel reservations for Friday and/or Saturday nights must be made separately by following this link: https://shop.evanshotels.com/rot0418.html.
