Latest News: The Vocational Service Committee meets the second Friday of each month directly after the La Jolla Golden Triangle Rotary Club meeting. Meetings begin at 8:30 at the La Jolla Marriott. Our next Vocational Service Committee meeting will be September 19th.

Current Goals: The goals of the Vocational Service Committee are the adherence to, and promotion of, the highest ethical standards in all occupations and to apply these principles to events and projects in the community. We accomplish this primarily by working with children and schools in the community.

Purpose: The purpose of the Vocational Service Committee is to recognize the worthiness of all useful occupations, and to promote each Rotarian's profession as an opportunity to serve society. We mentor students and support local schools to better provide service to the community.

Activities/responsibilities: The Vocational Service Committe has a number of hands-on projects that directly impact members of our community, primarily students.

Why join: Rotarians have a vast amount of expertise in a wide range of professions. You can make a difference in the lives of children by sharing your knowledge and skills with the greater community through vocational service projects.
