2015 LEAD Conference Inspires Students

Last weekend 136 eighth grade students and 20 Rotarians attended the 6th annual LEAD Conference at Camp Cuyamaca near Julian, CA. Everyone enjoyed the speakers and presenters, the weather, the outdoors, and the good camp food! Students discussed issues of ethical responsibility, improved leadership and communication skills, became self-motivated to reach goals, and developed a positive outlook on life. The Rotarians offered leadership and insights to the young people and were examples of what service can mean to others.
